Product Appreciation Period
Food items that are perishable, have a short shelf life (about to expire upon return/cancellation), customized products, current newspapers, journals or magazines, opened audio-visual products or software, game point cards, other point cards, and opened personal hygiene products are not applicable for the 7-day appreciation period according to the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Transactions." You have a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) starting from the time the product arrives in your hands.

If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide information such as "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Phone," "Product Name for Return," "Reason for Return and Photos," etc. Customer service will assist you with the return or exchange once they receive your request.

Return Policy
Returned products must be unused and free from damage or defects caused by human factors. The Consumer Protection Act guarantees a 7-day appreciation period for you to reconsider and confirm whether the product meets your needs, and it is not a trial period for the product. If the store has notified you, please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer box); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send an email to t3innovation.asia@gmail.com and send your product to 3F, No. 123, Section 1, Neihu Road, Neihu District, Taipei City (T3-CyberBiz).

The following situations cannot be accepted for returns:
1. Products returned after the 7-day appreciation period.

2. Perishable food items with a short shelf life (about to expire upon return/cancellation).

3. Customized products

4. Current newspapers, journals or magazines

5. Products that have been opened and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as: stains, defects, damage, wear, scratches, or dirt.

6. Returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or if the invoice or accessories are missing.

7. Malicious or bulk returns.

Other items that cannot be returned:
1. Gift cards

2. Downloadable software products

3. Certain health and personal care items

To complete the return process, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the purchased product back to the manufacturer.

Refund Policy
For credit card payments: After confirming the return is successful, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card account.
For cash on delivery payments: After confirming the return is successful, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
